Tamiya 1/35 German SP Howitzer Wespe Model Kit

The Wespe (Wasp) was Germany's standard self-propelled 105mm howitzer, mounting the leFH 18 field howitzer on a modified Panzer II chassis. Over 680 were built from 1943, providing mobile indirect fire support for Panzer divisions. The open-topped fighting compartment carried 32 rounds of ammunition. Wespes served on both Eastern and Western fronts, proving more effective than towed artillery thanks to their mobility.
