Welcome to Artrovo Gundam ("we," "us," or "our"), a division of Iron Valley Logistics LLC, operated from Santa Clarita, California. By visiting our website at artrovogundam.com (the "Site") and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Services" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the Site or use any Services.

1. Services

We provide two types of services:

  • Product Sales: We sell model kits, hobby tools, paints, accessories, and related products from manufacturers including Bandai, Kotobukiya, Good Smile Company, and more.
  • Custom 3D Printing: You upload 3D model files, select materials and options, receive a quote, and we manufacture and ship the finished parts using FDM technology. SLA (resin) printing is coming soon.

2. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or the same billing or shipping address.

3. Product Availability and Accuracy

  • Product availability is subject to change without notice.
  • We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be exact.
  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer.
  • All descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
  • Any offer for any product on this Site is void where prohibited.

4. Accepted Files (3D Printing)

For 3D printing services, we accept .STL and .3MF file formats up to 100MB. We do not accept .gcode files for security reasons. Uploaded files are encrypted at rest and stored securely.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
  • Product prices are as listed on the Site and may change without notice.
  • 3D printing quotes are valid for 7 days (14 days for bulk orders of 50+ units).
  • Payment is processed via Stripe. We accept major credit cards.
  • Orders containing 3D prints have a minimum of $15.00. The full cart total (prints and products combined) counts toward this minimum.
  • Bulk 3D printing orders above 50 units require a 50% deposit.

6. Order Process

Once payment is confirmed, your order enters processing. Product orders are picked, packed, and shipped. 3D print orders progress through: printing, quality check, packing, and shipping. You will receive email notifications at key milestones.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or orders that may involve fraud.

7. Shipping

  • We ship within the United States. International shipping to Canada and Mexico is available for select products.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • AG Hangar members receive free standard shipping on every order. See our AG Hangar page for membership details.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

8. Quality Assurance

Every 3D print undergoes quality inspection before shipping. We check for layer adhesion, dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and structural integrity. If a print fails QC, we will reprint at no additional cost. Product orders are inspected for completeness and condition before shipping.

9. Intellectual Property

  • You retain all rights to your uploaded 3D models.
  • You represent that you have the right to print the models you upload.
  • We do not share, sell, or use your files for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.
  • We may decline to print models that infringe on known intellectual property rights.
  • All Site content, logos, and branding are our property or used under license. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Artrovo Gundam, Iron Valley Logistics LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising out of your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Violate any federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
  • Print weapons, weapon components, or weapon accessories
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful code (viruses, malware, etc.)
  • Collect or track personal information of others
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits other users' use of the Site

13. Marketplace (Bounty Board)

Our Bounty Board is a peer-to-peer marketplace where buyers post bounties for specific Gunpla parts and sellers fulfill them. All marketplace transactions are governed by our Marketplace Policies, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  • Sellers must complete Stripe Connect identity verification before receiving payouts.
  • The platform charges a commission of 12% (or 8% for AG Hangar Pro members) on the part price only. Shipping costs are not subject to commission.
  • Buyer payments are held in escrow for 5 business days after confirmed delivery to allow for inspection.
  • Buyers may confirm receipt early to release escrowed funds to the seller immediately.
  • Disputes must be opened during the escrow hold period. Escrowed funds are frozen pending admin resolution.
  • The platform acts as an intermediary and escrow agent — it is not a party to marketplace transactions between buyers and sellers.
  • Sellers who receive 3 or more strikes for policy violations may be suspended from the marketplace.

14. Third-Party Links and Tools

Our Site may include links to third-party websites and tools that are not under our control. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials. We do not warrant and will not have any liability for any third-party materials or websites.

15. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The most current version will always be available on this page.
