What file formats can I upload?
We accept STL and 3MF files up to 100 MB. 3MF files can carry multi-color data for AMS prints; STL is single-color.
How is pricing calculated?
Your quote combines estimated material, machine time, quality and rush options, plus setup once per quoted batch. Quantity and eligible membership discounts appear in the total. The print subtotal must reach $15 after discounts and points; model kits do not count toward this print minimum.
Can I watch my print?
Yes. Once your order enters production, a live BambuLab camera feed opens on your order page, and we save a full timelapse you can replay after it ships.
How long does it take?
Production (printing, inspection, packing) typically takes 3–5 business days before your order ships; delivery then depends on your location.
Can you reproduce official kit parts?
Artrovo Gundam prints original and custom designs, not reproductions of official kit parts. For genuine spare runners and parts, browse the Bounty Board.
