Artrovo Gundam ships from Santa Clarita, California. We offer multiple shipping options for both product orders (model kits, tools, accessories) and custom 3D printed items.
Free Shipping
3D print orders over $25 ship free automatically. AG Hangar members also enjoy free standard shipping on every order — plans start at $9.99/month.
United States Shipping

Carriers
We automatically choose the best carrier and service for your parcel — typically USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground — based on package size, weight, and destination.
Transit Times
Most deliveries arrive within 2–8 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Remote areas (Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories) may experience additional transit time.
International Shipping
Canada & Mexico
We ship select products to Canada and Mexico under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) arrangements — all duties and import taxes are included in the quoted shipping price at checkout. No surprise fees on delivery.

- Transit time: 5–8 business days
Other International Destinations
Shipping to other countries is not currently available. We plan to expand international shipping in the future.
3D Print Order Processing
Custom 3D printed orders have an additional production lead time before shipping:
- Standard production: 3–5 business days (printing + quality inspection + packing)
- Expedited production (1.5x): 2–3 business days
- Rush production (1.75x): 1–2 business days — prioritized in our print queue
Production time is in addition to shipping transit time. Once your order ships, standard transit times apply.
Product Order Processing
Most in-stock product orders (model kits, tools, accessories) ship within 1–2 business days. Pre-order items ship when they arrive at our facility. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order at any time on our Track Order page or from your My Orders dashboard.
Marketplace (Bounty Board) Shipping
Shipments for Bounty Board marketplace transactions are handled differently from standard orders. Sellers ship directly to buyers using platform-generated shipping labels purchased at checkout.
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
- AG Hangar members receive free shipping benefits on marketplace orders — Base members get 3 free shipments per month, and Pro members get unlimited free shipping.
- Tracking numbers are provided after the seller ships and are visible on the bounty detail page.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost, damaged, or not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.
