Shipping Policy
Rates below are the ones checkout applies. Delivery estimates are shown on your order.
Artrovo Gundam ships from Santa Clarita, California, within the United States only. We ship both product orders (model kits, paints, tools) and custom 3D print work.
Store orders
- Standard shipping is the cheapest USPS service for your parcel, quoted live at checkout, and is never more than $9.95. Lighter orders often come in under that.
- Free standard shipping on orders $100+ — everyone, no membership needed.
- Faster services (Priority, Express) are shown at the real carrier rate. The cap and the free-shipping thresholds apply to standard shipping only.
- 3D print work: free standard shipping once the print portion of your order reaches $25. This covers the whole order, so a cart mixing prints and products ships free on the strength of the print total alone.
AG Hangar members
- Orders under $40: the regular rates above.
- $40–$74.99: flat $4.95 standard shipping.
- $75+: free standard shipping.
- Faster services are charged at the real rate — membership does not discount them.
Bounty Board purchases
- The buyer pays the real label cost. You choose the service at checkout — the cheapest is preselected — and you see the cost before you pay.
- Bundling several listings from one seller means one label, so you pay for one shipment rather than several.
- Members pay a flat $4.95 on bounty shipping when the cheapest service is selected, up to 4 purchases per calendar month; after that the regular rate applies.
Fine print
- Shipping is worked out on the merchandise subtotal before tax, and before any discount or promo code is applied — so a promo code never costs you a shipping threshold you had already reached.
- Rates are quoted live at checkout and can change if the contents of your cart change.
- We ship within the United States only.
- If the live rate lookup is unavailable, we fall back to the weight tiers below, plus a small per-item amount on larger quantities. That total is still subject to the $9.95 cap and to the same free-shipping thresholds above, so the fallback never costs you more than standard shipping would:
