Tamiya 1/35 Panzer 38tausf E F Model Kit

The Panzer 38(t) was a Czech-designed light tank (originally the LT vz. 38) that became a Wehrmacht mainstay after Germany annexed Czechoslovakia. The Ausf.E/F variants from 1940-41 featured improved armor and a better commander's cupola. Though lightly armed with a 37mm Škoda gun, the 38(t) was mechanically excellent and served in France, Barbarossa, and North Africa. Its reliable chassis later became the basis for the Marder, Hetzer, and Grille self-propelled guns. Tamiya's 1/35 kit features the riveted construction and Czech-designed running gear.
