Tamiya 1/48 Focke Wulf Fw-190d-9 Model Kit

The Fw 190D-9 "Dora" was the inline-engined evolution of the radial Fw 190, mounting the Junkers Jumo 213A inverted V-12 with an annular radiator that gave it a distinctive long-nose profile. Arriving in late 1944, the Dora-9 was Germany's best piston-engine fighter, capable of 685 km/h and competitive with the P-51D at all altitudes. It served as a bridge to the jet-powered Ta 152. Tamiya's 1/48 kit features the elongated nose and detailed Jumo engine.
