Tamiya 1/35 scale model of the M8 Greyhound, the US Army's standard light armored car for reconnaissance. This 6x6 wheeled vehicle armed with a 37mm gun and .50-cal machine gun provided fast, quiet scouting ahead of armored columns. Over 8,500 were built, serving from Normandy through the end of the war.
