Hasegawa Aircraft Carrier Akagi Detail Parts 700 Model Kit

This detail parts set provides enhanced components for Hasegawa's 1/700 scale model of the IJN Akagi, the Imperial Japanese Navy's premier fleet carrier that led the Pearl Harbor attack force. The detail set includes photo-etched brass parts, refined antiaircraft weapons, flight deck details, and other accessories that elevate the base kit to a higher level of accuracy. The Akagi was originally built as a battlecruiser before conversion to a carrier, and served as Admiral Nagumo's flagship before being sunk at the Battle of Midway in June 1942.
