This dual-purpose kit offers both the M7 Priest 105mm self-propelled howitzer and the Kangaroo armored personnel carrier — a Priest with its gun removed to carry infantry. The Kangaroo conversion was devised by Lieutenant-General Guy Simonds for Operation Totalize in Normandy, 1944, creating the first purpose-built armored troop carriers. Italeri's 1/72 kit provides parts for both configurations, ideal for Normandy campaign dioramas.
