Tamiya 1/35 scale model of the Panzerkampfwagen III Ausf.L, the definitive 50mm-armed variant of Germany's early-war medium tank. The Ausf.L featured the long-barreled 5cm KwK 39 L/60 gun and additional 20mm appliqué armor on the hull front and mantlet. This was the last Panzer III variant to serve primarily as a gun tank before the type was relegated to close support and command roles.
