Hasegawa 1/12 1985 Suziki Rg400 Model Kit

The 1985 Suzuki RG400 Gamma was a road-going two-stroke sportbike derived directly from Suzuki's RG500 Grand Prix racer. Powered by a square-four (two crankshafts, four cylinders) 397cc two-stroke engine producing 59 horsepower, the RG400 was the Japanese domestic market version of the export RG500. The Gamma series represented the pinnacle of two-stroke street motorcycle technology, with an aluminum chassis, full fairing, and race-derived exhaust system. The RG400 offered GP-level technology at a fraction of the cost. Hasegawa captures the distinctive full fairing, twin exhaust pipes per side, and the compact two-stroke powerplant.
