Tamiya 1/48 Schwimmwagen 166 Model Kit

Tamiya 1/48 scale model of the Volkswagen Type 166 Schwimmwagen, the most mass-produced amphibious vehicle in history with over 15,000 built. Like the Kübelwagen, it was based on VW components but featured four-wheel drive, a sealed hull, and a rear-mounted propeller that could be lowered for water propulsion. Used extensively for reconnaissance and river crossing operations on the Eastern Front.
