Hasegawa 1/24 Isuzu 117 Coupe Xe 1973 Model Kit

The 1973 Isuzu 117 Coupe XE was a grand touring car designed by the legendary Italian designer Giorgetto Giugiaro during his time at Ghia. First shown as a concept in 1966, the production 117 Coupe was hand-built from 1968 to 1973, with each early body individually crafted by Ghia-trained artisans. The XE trim of 1973 represented the transition to mass production while retaining the elegant Giugiaro lines. Powered by a 1.8-liter DOHC engine, it was one of the most beautiful Japanese cars ever made. Hasegawa captures the flowing Italian design language that made this Isuzu a collector's dream.
