The F-4EJ in ADTW (Air Development and Test Wing) 60th Anniversary markings represents the Japanese-operated Phantom II in a special commemorative scheme. The Air Development and Test Wing, based at Gifu Air Base, was responsible for testing and evaluating aircraft and weapons for the JASDF. This special anniversary livery celebrated six decades of the unit's service.
