Tamiya 1/35 scale model of the Sd.Kfz. 9 Famo 18-ton heavy half-track, the largest half-track vehicle produced by any nation during WWII. Designed to tow disabled tanks (two Famos were needed to recover a Tiger I), it was also used to tow the massive 88mm FlaK guns and other heavy artillery. The Famo's sheer size and engineering complexity make it one of Tamiya's most impressive Military Miniature kits.
