The Nissan Skyline 2000 GT-R, known by its chassis code KPGC10 or simply "Hakosuka" (box Skyline), is the car that started the GT-R legend. Produced from 1969 to 1972, it was powered by the S20 2.0-liter DOHC inline-six—derived from the Prince R380 race car engine—producing 160 horsepower. The GT-R dominated Japanese touring car racing with an unprecedented 50 consecutive victories.
