Tamiya Zimmerit coating applicator tool for 1/35 scale German armor models. This specialized modeling tool creates realistic Zimmerit anti-magnetic mine coating texture on putty applied to model surfaces. Zimmerit was a paste applied to German AFVs from 1943-1944 to prevent magnetic mines from attaching. The applicator stamps the distinctive waffle or ridged pattern used on Tigers, Panthers, and other German vehicles.
