US Army Special Forces ("Green Berets") in Vietnam conducted unconventional warfare, trained indigenous forces, and carried out reconnaissance patrols deep in enemy-controlled territory. Armed with a mix of M16 rifles, CAR-15 carbines, and captured AK-47s, Special Forces teams operated in small groups with extraordinary autonomy. This 1/72 Italeri set provides Green Beret figures in jungle fatigues with Vietnam-era weapons and equipment.
