Revell 1/48 B-25J Mitchell Model Kit

Build the North American B-25J Mitchell medium bomber in 1/48 scale with this Revell kit. The B-25 was made famous by the Doolittle Raid in April 1942, when 16 Mitchells launched from the USS Hornet to bomb Tokyo — the first strike on the Japanese homeland. The J-model was the most-produced variant with a solid nose housing eight .50-caliber machine guns for devastating strafer attacks. Named after airpower pioneer General Billy Mitchell, over 9,800 were built during the war.
