Premium Bandai reopens RG Sinanju special coating; November ship

SANTA CLARITA, Calif. — Premium Bandai reopened reservations in Japan today for the RG 1/144 Sinanju [Special Coating] from Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn. Orders started at 11 a.m. JST, and Bandai lists a November 2025 delivery window at a tax-in price of ¥11,770.

This is the plated finish version of Full Frontal’s suit, a premium treatment that layers metallic red armor over the Real Grade frame. The kit retains RG-grade articulation and includes markings to match the line’s surface detail.

The timing pairs with today’s Sazabi [Special Coating] restock and follows Bandai’s habit of resurfacing high-demand plated editions in limited batches. Collectors who missed earlier runs get another path to secure the finish at list price rather than chase secondary markets.

Quantities are limited on Premium Bandai, and reservation pages typically close once allocations fill. Japan’s Hobby Online Shop hosts the listing; store timing can vary across regional portals.

As of publication, the Premium Bandai USA site did not show a new preorder page for this reissue. Past U.S. pages for Sinanju [Special Coating] remain archived with preorders closed, so American buyers may either import from Japan for November fulfillment or wait for Bandai Namco Toys & Collectibles America to signal a domestic window.
