How It Works

    Fill out our Runner/Kit Trade-in Submission Form below with details and photos of your runners or kits. This helps us evaluate your items quickly.

  • 2. Get a Store Credit Offer

    Within 2–4 business days, we’ll review your submission and email you with a store credit offer based on the condition and completeness of what you’re sending.

  • 3. Ship & Get Rewarded

    Once you accept the offer, mail in your items. As soon as we receive them, your store credit will be issued and ready to use on anything in our shop.

What is the Runner/Kit Trade-in Program?

The Runner/Kit Trade-in Program lets you send in unused runners, leftover parts, or damaged kits in exchange for store credit at Artrovo Gundam. It is our way of helping builders recycle, restock, and stay in the hobby affordably.

What can I submit?

We accept complete or partial runners, as well as damaged or incomplete Gunpla kits. All parts must be from official Bandai kits. We do not accept counterfeit kits, heavily painted models, or runners from third-party brands.

How much store credit will I receive?

Store credit is based on condition, completeness, and demand. Unused runners generally earn more than damaged kits. You will receive a personalized offer after we evaluate your submission. Maximum store credit per submission is $20.

Do I have to pay to ship my items to you?

Yes. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending in their runners or kits. We recommend using USPS First-Class or Priority Mail to keep costs low.

How long does it take to hear back after I submit the form?

You will receive a response from us within 2-4 business days. We will send you a store credit offer and shipping instructions if your submission is accepted.

What happens after I send my runners/kits?

Once we receive your package and verify its contents, your store credit will be issued immediately. You will receive an email confirming the amount and how to use it.

Can I trade in kits even if parts are missing?

Yes, but the amount of credit offered may be lower depending on how many parts are missing. Please be as detailed as possible in your submission so we can make an accurate assessment.

What if I do not accept the store credit offer?

No problem! If you decline the offer, you are not required to ship anything. There is no penalty or obligation for submitting a form.

Is there a limit to how much I can trade in?

Yes. We currently accept one approved submission per customer per week, with a maximum store credit value of $20 per submission. This helps us manage inventory fairly and ensures we can serve the whole community consistently.
